The staff was friendly and helpful. they even aided in setting up a baby monitor to the wi-fi, and the it staff got involved. the room cleaner, monica, was friendly and did a wonderful job. She deserves praise.
the pool wasn't big enough for the guests. it often felt chaotic. the lifeguard-to-swimmer ratio seemed off, and i am used to travel in school holidays.

the select room was large. it was cleaned regularly and fresh towels were available if needed. maids did an excellent job. the beds were comfortable so we got a good night's sleep every night, aided by the soundproofing. our balcony overlooked the children's mini club, restaurant and reception area, it was silent when the doors were closed.
the air conditioning was poor in the room. i asked for it to be checked, but there was no real improvement. sunloungers were hard to find. i needed to be out by 8:00am to claim one, as they were all taken by 9:00am.

the hotel has its own beach and is very close to the main street. it allows for easy walks to get dinner and lunch. the area had beautiful landscapes and gardens designed in the local style.

the hotel has a restaurant and a bar by the pool for refreshments. there are many restaurants and shops within a 5-10 minute walk from the premises. the food was good with a good selection of options.

the staff were friendly and helpful. everyone greeted you with a friendly 'ola'. lifeguards are present at each pool area. the complex provided excellent service to all guests .

the renovated apartment was excellent and very comfortable. the apartment was spacious. the cleaning service was super clean with good attention to detail. the rooms were newly renovated to a very good standard.

Excellent Stay Near the Sea

The location allowed easy access to both the beach and nearby shops. My room was large and very well equipped with all I needed. I found the check-in process quick and simple, a benefit after a long journey. The staff members were helpful.
The pool was sometimes too crowded for my liking. Securing a sunbed required early reservation, which could be inconvenient. I think the hotel should find solutions to provide enough sunbeds for the hotel guests.

I found many options at the buffet for both breakfast and dinner. The food tasted amazing, and I appreciated the variety. Restaurants provided plenty of choices to satisfy different tastes.
